We were introduced to Chris when our neighbor was selling their house in May of 2021. He and his partner Ashley came over to introduce themselves as they made the rounds of the neighborhood. Their timing couldn’t have been better because we were just getting ready to put our home on the market. Chris’s enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism won us over immediately. Over the next month he and Ashley worked with us to get ready to sell our house. Because of the crazy housing market we knew we’d need to sell our house before trying to buy our next which was terrifying. Chris was so knowledgable about the market, took the time to educate us on the process and what our options were, walked us through what to expect, and listened to what our concerns and reservations were about diving into the crazy housing market.
