Jason, John L. Scott, and his team are amazing! Their local knowledge combined with ability to negotiate, handle details, and follow-through are superb. Buying and selling a home is very emotional and he calmly walked us through every single step, provided resources needed to close, and communicated constantly. The negotiations also happened beyond just the initial offer and acceptance as there were inspection items and other details that could have impacted the transaction however Jason handled all of those challenges to represent my family and our best interests. We couldn’t be happier with his service! Don’t think that saving a little money by going with an agent from Redfin or Zillow who just pay for leads is the way to go. You have to have a real specialist now-a-days especially with such low inventory and competition out there. His recommendation on Priority Lending was also a God-send; smoothest financing with amazing rates and service. He also has a full transaction team to handle all the paperwork admin and details so it was great to have Jason and the entire team on your side of the transaction.
