FIND OUT HOW MANY TIMES CHRIS SOLD THIS LISTING IN ONE TRANSACTION

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE FIRST OFFER DOES NOT WORK OUT

In this video Jason Fox interviews Chris Fiamengo about a recent sale in which we represented the seller and how he had to get the home in contract 4 times before we got it sold.

Every real estate deal is unique and there are always a million variables. Factors to consider that differ whether we are representing a buyer or seller.

In this real estate deal we represented the seller. The house had been recently updated and showed amazingly well.  We decided as a team to put an offer review date anticipating that we would received multiple offers.  Multiple offers came in and the first buyer just changed her mind a couple days after going into mutual.

Watch the video to to find out what happened after that.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU SELL THE SAME HOUSE? [VIDEO TRANSCRIPT]

How many times can you sell the same house?

too many, not enough.. well stay
tuned to find out.

Hi everybody I'm Jason.

I'm Chris.

This is The Madrona Group and
today we're gonna talk to Chris about a recent transaction in which he sold his clients house four times.

Chris tell us a little bit about
your client well my client is Elizabeth Lambert she is amazing business owner down in Edmonds she owns the refinery salon.
She did an amazing job on this 1905
Victorian, immaculate updates. I mean the classic styling she did all the right stuff aesthetically.

Yeah it was beautiful and I remember when you brought it to us and you're pricing and we were all like man I think it's so cute it is definitely going to sell right away
and it did.

Yep it sold with multiple offers
actually on the review date as planned. Unfortunately this buyer was a little bit flaky they got cold feet for no reason. Never inspected, nothing at all. You know what that does to a listing?

Yeah well now we got days on market no good, so what did you do?

We put it right back on market and we got busy marketing and we actually called some agents that had showed it previously. Just made sure that they knew it never had been inspected and we got another offer.

Fantastic what was that like two days later?

Three days.

Three days later okay so that is sale number two.

Yep, sale number two. They decided it wasn't for them after they inspected.

Now you're probably hanging your
head low like hey we gotta drop the
price and you know give it away right?

Well no we believed in this place.

All right so now we sold it the third time.

The third time! The inspection
came back with a lot of little ticky
tacky stuff.

Yeah ticky tack.

My client is a business owner busy ,travels a lot, she decided you know what I'm gonna tackle
this stuff head-on.With a little help from her tribe and you know people just pitching in they got all the work
done. We put it back on market and the forth offer.

Sold it for the fourth time.

We're about ready to close now
basically all the major hurdles in any
real estate transaction have been met, financing is almost there,
inspection and appraisal.

This is the perfect example of why you need good professional representation full-time real estate agents that are gonna have your back. That we carried that price all
the way we sold that thing four times. Chris worked his butt off and
he did everything possible to make sure that home was sold.  We remarketed it a bunch of
times and and in the end is
everybody happy here?

Everybody's really happy and actually the buyers that are in it right now are absolutely ecstatic
that they got a chance at this house.
