Both founders of The Madrona Group were born and raised in the area, embodying true local expertise. Joe Kiser spent his early years growing up in Edmonds, WA, a place he still holds dear to this day. Jason Fox was born in Everett, WA, and has experienced living in various parts of the region, including Everett, Seattle, Bothell, and most recently the Meadowdale neighborhood in Lynnwood, WA.

Before venturing into real estate, Jason was a highly respected real estate marketing coach, equipping agents with the tools and strategies they needed to succeed. Joe, on the other hand, was a finance manager for a top-producing auto broker, where he honed his skills in financial management and customer service.
